Overview of Eco features 
This house has been built using Canadian Red Cedar, using new technologies to get the best from the environment to use to heat, cool and protect.
The house is timber framed and clad with Red Cedar, using Hemp as the main insulation with the walls using the high performance insulator Fermacell. All the electrical wiring is shielded. The double glazed windows are wood on the interior and green aluminium on the exterior, and are of the slatted window design, with mosquito nets built in.
The water is collected into an underground tank so is able to be used to water the garden or flush the toilets.
The property is heated by underfloor heating downstairs and by radiators upstairs from the gas condensing boiler.

Ground Floor

Large Entrance Hall
3.50m x 3.10m (11' 6" x 10' 2")
This is the main entrance hallway, but it continues through to the rear of the property. A large light area, with 2 long side windows beside the wooden oak front door. Tiled flooring throughout the ground floor.
Door through to living room, downstairs wc, and kitchen.
The hallway then goes through to the rear of the property with double doors out to the terrace and rear garden. Double French doors go through into the lounge, door to kitchen and wooden oak stairs up to the first floor.  There is also a large cupboard under the stairs.

Another set of French doors go through into the stunning lounge with the 'turret' space in the corner overlooking the garden. A large room with triple aspect, with a double glazed door to side garden and a wood burner.

There is potential due the length of the room, to sub-divide and create a separate dining area, which already has a door through to the hallway. This was on the original plans but the room was
