Although a semi-detached, the neighbour uses theirs as a holiday home so is only there a few times of the year, I am told she is very lovely and extremely helpful as she also speaks good English. The other property in the hamlet has been empty for many years. The house also comes with a small woodland ideal for keeping the firewood stocked up on those winter nights. The local village is around a 15-20 minute walk.
