The house is surrounded by 9.5 hectares of land. Some of the boundary line is very obvious and it is one big plot with a second small plot. This makes you self-sufficient for wood for the burner and no-one to bother you nearby.


The garden has some beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the peaceful ambiance, including the wrap around decking that even has views of the lake. The garden part is mostly enclosed as they have a couple of dogs.
