Title Fabulous historic Manoir
Category Old house
Description An absolutely fantastic Manor house dating back to 1620 with 4 bedrooms and a large room to renovate - potentially master suite. There a large barn which has a new roof and first floor, ready to be converted into potential gites or a bed and breakfast. Could be ideal as a small holding as it has about 4 acres of ground for animals and cultivation of fruit and vegetables and a woodland of about 51 acres extending around the property and borders the River Blavet.

This fabulous Manor house is situated near the River Blavet and close to the historic town of Hennebont. It sits in grounds of over 50 acres, with woodland, fields and gardens.
This historic former Manor house originally built in 1620, with a chapel and barns then built in 1636. There are still a couple of rooms to renovate and there is a fantastic project to completely convert the barn to gites or into another property completely.

This would suit someone with either the dream of having a small holding, and or converting and running gites, or bed and breakfast.

The beaches of the southern coast at Port Louis,  Lamor Plage or for the surfing, Guidel Plage are only 30 minutes away.

Ideally located near to Lorient for airport and links to motorways. The ports of Roscoff and St Malo and Rennes and Dinard airports are all about  2 hours away.
