The house comes with a beautiful lake which is currently full of kio carp. There is a lovely decked area, perfect for relaxing and taking in the ambiance of the peaceful spot and even a little boat if you feel adventurous. This could be a really good fishing lake, the carp in at the moment are very tame, so the lake will need new fish if want a challenge.


The beautiful landscaped gardens almost surround the property. It does have an island type feel when you are walking around. Trust me when I say the pictures really don't do it justice, you really have to come and see it for yourself. The local shops are just 5 minutes in the car with the large town of St Brieuc only 20 minutes’ drive away. There are some beautiful beaches nearby, with the popular Binnic beach only 30 minutes by car.
